use of the Living Skills DVDs, videotapes, manuals & journals are
at your sole risk. These program are not a substitute for medical treatment.
With the conscious cooperation of the user, it is a means to make changes
to users’ attitudes and behaviours through the users’ recognition
and conscious desire to undertake such changes. Save for the limited liability
concerning DVD/videotape functioning detailed below these goods are provided
‘AS IS’ and without warranty of any kind.
Use of the HypnoBooks programs
The DVD or videotape in the HypnoBook programs need
to be viewed in a quiet and peaceful environment without interuption.
To gain the maximum benefit from this program you must be able to give
your complete attention to the audio and the vision. Do not attempt to
operate machinery while you are viewing the videotape or DVD. It is recommended
that the videotape or DVD be watched repeatedly over the first week and
then as you choose over the next few months and your reactions to it’s
processes be recorded in the journal.
Returns
Policy.
On the Leadership and un-opened HypnoBooks, 50% of purchase price will
be refunded or a credit card credit voucher be issued on receipt
of goods enclosed with proof of purchase returned to The Living Skills
Library P.O. Box 8248
Armadale. Victoria. 3143 Australia.
Exchange Policy
Upon receipt of damaged goods enclosed with proof of
purchase to The Living Skills Library P.O. Box 8248 Armadale. Victoria.
3143 Australia. replaced items will be forward by return mail.
Limited
Warranty.
The Living Skills warrants to you that the DVD or videotape
will be replaced within a thirty (30 ) day period after purchase if the
copy is flawed. To make a warranty claim, you must return the DVD or tape
to the point of purchase together with a copy of the sales receipt within
such 30 days. If the DVD or videotape is flawed, the entire and exclusive
liability and remedy shall be limited to either, at the Living Skills
Library’s option, the replacement of the DVD or videotape or the
refund of the fee paid for the program.
The Living Skills Library does not and cannot warrant the performance
or results that you may obtain by using this videotape or the manual &
journal.
The forgoing states the sole and exclusive remedies for The Living Skills
Library’s breach of warranty, except for the forgoing limited warranty,
The Living Skills Library make no warranties, express or implied, as to
non infringement of third party rights or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances including negligence will The
Living Skills Library or it’s agents be liable to you for any consequential,
incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings
or medical expenses, arising out of the use or inability to use the DVD
/ videotape, manual & journal, even if a Living Skills Library representative
has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim
by any third party.
